Will professional airbrush make up help conceal the stretct marks ont he tops of my breasts ?

I really liked a strapless dress that i saw on a store, but i haqve stretch marks on the tops of my breats that have turned white and othesr are still a little red. Im going to an elegant party (for work) , but i really want my skin to look even ,and without the stretch marks it would be a perfect dress. Will the airbrushing help disguise it completely?
