2003 kx 125 motocross bike?

So i have a 03 kawasaki kx 125 but i am having some problems with the clutch as well as the power. Ever since i bought the bike from a guy off of craigslist, the clutch has pulled and felt grabby. I have replaced the inner hub, basket, and put in a lighter weight of oil, as well as tri flowed the cable. it still continues to pull and be grabby. tthen i took it into the shop and the mechanic tore it apart and found that the plates were dry in between so he soaked them in iol over night. he said that did the trick. so we took it home, started it up, it still didnt run right. the clutch still pulled and grabbed. the bike came with aftermarket plates but we have stalk basket and hub, do i need to get stocl plates as well? or a new cable? This bike has gotten me so mad lately...My other problem is that when you are riding it, it dosent get up on the power quick enough. example...if you floor it it goes berrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr… then finally it will kick in but you have to clutch it to get it on the power..berrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr… it*raAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPP.....I am currently running a 13 tooth in front and 51 on back i think. as well as a fmf fatty pipe and a fmf shorty silencer. but once you get it up on the powerband the bike runs great! any suggestions?? please help me out!!!
