Should I tell my parents about it, I think they already know though?

Should I tell my parents I'm an Alien? I go to my home planet in my space ship all the time, sometimes hours on end, I even use this human disguise just so people don't discover my secret. I've grown so attached to my "parents" after I switched myself with their real baby at birth. Should I tell them? Would they still love me?
