Recommended amp and stereo settings?

I have a Sony CDX-GT630UI stereo with a pair of JL Audio C5-650 75 watts RMS and a pair of JL Audio C2-690tx 70 watts RMS wired to a Hitron HPA800.4 and a pair of JL Audio 12w3v3-4 500 watts RMS wired at 2 ohms to a Rockford Fosgate Prime 1000. I'm wondering what i should set the gain, frequency, and bass boost to and what I should tune the stereo to. thanks.
