How do you get rid of the smell of alcohol, weed and fags?

basically there's like 8-10 of us that go out nearly every weekend for a piss up. sometimes we camp out in a field or we all stay at my boyfriends house. anyway when we camp out we all sit in the massive tent a few people smoke weed but most of us just drink and have normal fags. when i get home the first thing i do it have a shower and freshen up, but how can i disguise the smell so my parents don't smell me. i am only 15 btw, so my parents won't be pleased i've been out drinking and smoking. i know i'm not aged. but oh well. any help?
