I uninstalled frostwire, but now, its still playing music?

So i went under the start menu and uninstalled frostwire and the ituneup that goes with it...but then when i tried to use my sound on youtube, my computer was still playing frostwire stuff. I restarted my computer and it was gone, but everytime i get on internet explorer it asks me to enable frost wire add-ons...hwo do i delete them...
