Can anybody give a simple spin-less account of what Anthony Weiner actually did?

No crap about him being a predator etc. etc. -- just tell me exactly what he DID, and let me decide for my own dam self if it constitutes sexual predation. And no lies made of whole-cloth disguised as speculation - I'm already aware of the comments made by the parents of the much touted minor - if a transcript of the tweets is available, provide a link.
